Selection, design build and implementation of a fully integrated new Service Management System – Fire Protection Services.

Project Description:

Research-design-build-implement a new system to ensure compliance and up-to-date reporting by Tyco clients. Briddon Consulting liaised with a large number of stakeholders, developed interfaces and migrated data to the new platform, engaged with end users to implement what was a dramatic change of procedure, delivered training, produced deliverables and provided post-implementation support.

Outcomes:

End to end system and interfaces built, tested and proof of concept completed. Data transfers achieved 100% accuracy. New system rolled out to priority branches.
