Design, build and implementation of a fully integrated new Service Management System – Fire Protection Services.

Project Description:

The project had many phases including a major ERP system upgrade. Research-design-build-implement cycle required twice as new ERP Version required rewrite of all interfaces.

Outcomes:

End to end system and interfaces built and implemented. System rolled out to entire branch network successfully. Data transfers achieved 100% accuracy. Post implementation support achieved improvements and system upgrades.

In addition a real time interface was built between the Service Management System and the Customers’ ATM Network Service Maintenance System resulting in service alarms being received within less than 2 minutes.
