Completion of tender process to appoint operators of the first new Sydney Olympic Sports Facilities including fitout and grand opening to the Public.

Project Description:

The NSW Government built the first pre-Olympic facilities at Olympic Park – The Sydney International Athletic Centre and the Sydney International Aquatic Centre. The project was to work with the many stakeholders to appoint an Operator, prepare for commissioning and open to the public in pre-Olympic mode.

Outcomes:

Detailed Tender document prepared and end to end Tender process completed. The Operator was appointed and after a full handover of the facilities, they were opened to the Public on schedule and budget.
