Project Description:
Following full Pronto® implementation, a solution was requested to enable Parts Ordering and Warranty Claim system be developed for 400+ retail FMCG repairers around Australia. This required new software to be developed by Pronto Software and implemented at Hitachi.
Outcomes:
Developed eSales and eWarranty module successfully and rolled out to entire repairer network resulting in 100% lodgement of warranty claims and parts ordering online.
